Hope you have had a great start to your new year! It's been a great summer, and we've had some of the best weather you could hope for. Hoping you have had plenty of beach and party action with your mates filled with good music, good drinks and good times.
I've got plenty to talk about in this mailout, firstly I would like to let you know that my remix of Dane Rumble's "Cruel" will be featured as a bonus track on the digital release of his album "The Experiment" which is out on ITunes March 29th 2010. I am stoked to be given this opportunity and would appreciate your support! So if you're a fan of Dan Rumble, you can do us a favour by buying this album... This is signed to Rumble Records with distribution through Warner Music, and will be available on ITunes from March 29th onwards.
Next up I've got some even more exciting news - this is the first announcement I've made about it so you are the first to hear!
I am very pleased to announce the launch of GET LOADED RECORDS, NZ's first prog house digital record label. This label's main ambition is to promote and showcase New Zealand's production talent from around the country to an international audience, and will start doing so from NZ Music Month in May 2010. GET LOADED will be releasing a back catalogue of some of the production I have been doing over the past year, and will be featuring some of NZ's top producers as remixing artists and for their very own originals. I will be announcing more details as soon as everything is finalised - very exciting stuff!!!
